Our Forest of Dean restaurants page will tell you all you need to know about the equisite dining experience here at Bells; the excellent cuisine and the experienced staff will ensure you truly enjoy your meal with us. All our food is freshly cooked and homemade by our team of chefs who provide you with a menu of traditional English cuisine; vegetarians are catered for and also those with special diets.
Here at Bells restaurants in the Forest of Dean, we pride ourselves on the standard of our service and that of the cuisine on offer and believe here at Bells you will find your restaurant experience in the Forest of Dean a very pleasurable one. The Potters Restaurant, named after Dennis Potter who was a student at Bells Grammar School, is the main setting for meals, although The Terrace Suite is also available. Both are well designed with staff that are experienced in providing a first class service as well as a welcoming atmosphere for you to dine in, surrounded by the beauty of the Forest of Dean.
 All our dishes are homemade using fresh local produce where possible. Our meat comes from the Welsh Butcher of the Year and can be guaranteed to be of an excellent standard. Whether you like a light main course or a full three- course dinner, we are sure you will find something delicious to satisfy your appetite. Our team of chefs have been with us at Bells restaurants in the Forest of Dean for many years and continue to serve wonderful traditional English cuisine that is always popular with guests; a variety of vegetarian dishes are also available and we can also cater for those with special diets, just speak to the staff and they will be happy to help.
Dinner can be served with a bottle of wine of your choice; we have a comprehensive wine list for your perusal and feel sure you will find something to suit your taste.
The Bells Club House
 The Bells Club House is a separately managed bar and restaurant facility in the Bells Leisure Complex in the Forest of Dean. It is truly a fun and friendly place to enjoy a drink or snack whilst you stay at the hotel or come in just for a drink or meal. The atmosphere is both relaxing and congenial.
Open all day, every day, you are always welcome, it is particularly good after a long day playing golf or sightseeing. Situated in the clubhouse, overlooking the bowling green, Henry's bar is very well-stocked with several choices of both lager and beer. For those of you who enjoy socialising until late, you will be pleased to know that the bar serves until 12.00am on every night except Sunday; there is no worry of disturbing our sleeping guests either! The bar is situated in the clubhouse separate to the hotel so you need not feel inhibited when enjoying your social occasions.
