Your day needs to be perfect - the right wedding venue in the perfect location, a beautiful service, excellent food, wine and a party to remember. If you chose the Bells Hotel in Gloucestershire as your wedding venue, we understand that our wedding service needs to befit the importance of your day and therefore we'll do our utmost to ensure every aspect of your special occasion is just as you'd like it.
We were the first wedding venue in the Forest of Dean to be granted a licence for weddings in 1995 so we are able to cater for the whole day; the wedding service, wedding reception and a honeymoon suite for the newly married couple.
 For the ceremony, guests can make their way to the Raglan Suite, which is licensed for up to 100 guests, a beautiful and spacious room perfect for you to make your vows in front of family and friends. You may then enjoy a formal dinner including three delicious courses of fresh home-cooked food presented and served by our experienced staff followed by a toast to the new bride and groom. For your evening wedding reception we can cater for up to 250 guests with a choice of our traditional buffet food with a late bar available if you wish.

Wedding Booking Information
 Once you have chosen your date a provisional booking can be made with us, either in person or by telephone.
A provisional booking can be held for 14 days without obligation, during or at the end of this period, a written confirmation together with a deposit of £200 and a signed wedding reception contract is required in order to secure your reservation. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Once your deposit has been received along with the contract, the hotel will send you confirmation of your booking.
Three months prior to your wedding, meeting should be arranged to discuss your estimated numbers, menu, drinks, general requirements and to arrange payment of 50% of the cost of your wedding.
