With 52 en-suite rooms at Bells, we are the largest hotel in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley area and our constantly updated facilities make us the most suitable for holding either small or large conferences in Gloucestershire. Many of the rooms have desks and all have Internet access, which makes your stay as convenient as possible.

There are various conference meeting rooms to choose from, differing in size and décor but all are attractively decorated and most importantly well equipped. We have a variety of catering options to choose from, so whether your stay is for one day or several, you can guarantee you will be looked after by our efficient team of staff. We can offer coffee and a Danish, full working lunch, afternoon tea and a delicious range of evening meals; all diets can be catered for - just specify what you would like when booking and we will do our best to help.

Meeting Rooms

We have a choice of corporate suites to meet your needs, all very well presented and comfortable. Depending on the size of your group we can accommodate you in one of 4 rooms, and we are happy to have you here, be it for one hour or the whole day.

Because we can cater for full business conferences at Bells, you can be assured that you will be provided with all the necessary equipment to ensure your business meeting is conducted in a professional and organised manner. Each room has all the equipment you will need for the day including flipcharts white boards, markers and stationery. Other items such as a projector or monitor will be provided, if arranged at the time of booking, so you can relax and focus on your important company meeting.

As we've said, we are happy to have you at Bells whatever the size of your group of people, and this extends to any catering requirements you may have also. Be it coffee and a danish first thing, mid morning refreshments, a full working lunch, or all three, simply discuss what you would like with our staff when booking and our friendly and efficient catering staff will look after you.
